In 2024, UNFPA Namibia, in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Namibia, civil society organisations, and development partners, advanced efforts to achieve universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights. Together, we focused on reaching those furthest behind, vulnerable women, adolescent girls, and young people, including those with disabilities, to uphold their dignity and expand access to essential services.
Through joint efforts, we expanded access to comprehensive sexuality education, empowered young people to make informed choices, and strengthened family planning, as well as gender-based violence prevention and response services. This report highlights the tangible results achieved together.
